Scope: 600 mm x 250 mm X 60 mm. AL6061 with small features & drills. Needed 45 inserts with smallest M2. Machined on 4-axis VMC with 2 setups. Positional accuracy <75 microns over 400mm.

Scope: 180mm x 150mm x 25mm. AL6061 T6. Machined on 4 axis VMC with 2 setups, and 26 helicoil inserts assembled with smallest M3. Positional accuracy 25 microns. Flatness < 25 microns on reference surfaces.

Copper Alloy Rollers
Scope: Critical dimensional & surface finish requirement (0.2Ra on outer surface). High volume part, turned & surface finished achieved by grinding. Special packaging to maintain surface finish during transportation.
