Melting
We have one 100kg and two 250kg induction furnaces with automatic conveyer system to give sufficient cooling time for shells after melting.
Shell Room
shell room Centralized AC and dehumidifiers control temperature and humidity, while robotic coating ensures stronger shells and finishes.

Sintering Furnace

De-waxing
The autoclave and boiler unit support efficient operations, while the sintering furnace has a 1-ton capacity.
Heat Treatment
The electrical furnace has a 1-ton capacity, complemented by a water quenching tank for cooling.
Finishing
Our facility has a production capacity of 50 tons per month, handling sizes from 1 to 30 kg efficiently.
